POWERst Spring School 2023

The POWERst Spring School directly targets all first-generation students.
From Feb. 27rd to March 3rd, 2023, students from non-academic backgrounds will receive tailor-made support in the form of empowering workshops and coaching on career perspectives to help them reach their full potential.

During networking events, students will not not only be given the opportunity to meet former first-generation students already in employment, but also the space to reflect on the option of pursuing a PhD.

At the same time, the Spring School provides a platform for expressing aspirations and developing ideas for a more inclusive higher education, as well as for meeting and exchanging ideas with first-generation students from all of the project's partner universities.
