In the Concrete Roadway 4.0 project, we are researching the road of tomorrow in an interdisciplinary consortium with participants from industry and science. In the interplay of proven technologies in road construction with the latest findings from research and development, we are developing needs-based solutions for durable concrete pavements with a high level of user comfort. The relevance of the project is also reflected in the generous financial support provided by the Federal Highway Research Institute since 2017 with a total of 4.7 million euros.
