Philippe Angot, Iryna Rybak and Elissa Eggenweiler obtained a research grant sponsored by CIRM (Centre International de Rencontres Mathématiques) for a two-weeks research in pairs (22nd August - 2nd September 2022). The goal of this research stay is to provide computable macroscale models, ready to use for simulations of applications, with the generalised interface conditions derived theoretically in our previous works.
